In our country's energy consumption structure, coal, China's major energy consumer,accounts for nearly seventy percent of the proportion. Along with the increasingly serious environmental problems burning coal, our country began to formulate relevant laws and policies, and government departments also tightened the examination and approval of new project in thermal power plants. Coal-fired power plants is the main consumption of coal, and the emissions of pollutants also caught our attention. "Ultra-low emissions", a new technology of coal-fired power plant flue gas pollutants emission reduction, can effectively reduce soot(PM2.5), main flue gas pollutants such as SO2, NOx, mercury, which makes it reach or exceed gas turbine unit pollutant discharge standards. Under the severe environmental situation, in order to realize the green environmental protection of power generation enterprises and sustainable development,ultra-low emissions reform is imperative.This article refers to a lot of related ultra-low emissions project literature at home and abroad, analyzes the research present situation of dust removal, desulfurization and denitration system, does basic theory research on technology of ultra-low emissions from coal-fired power plant, and introduces the current mainstream methods and flue gas treatment technology of dust removal, desulfurization and denitration. This paper takes Xibaipo power plant 2 × 330 MW ultra-low emission renovation project as the research object, introduces the general situation of the current dust removal system, current situation of desulfurization system and current situation of denitration system in detail,based on the introduction of XBP power plant, and analyzes the influence factors of ultra-low emission project, discusses retrofit schemes of XBP 2 × 330 MW power plant ultra-low emission project, and compares and chooses the suitable scheme, finally analyzes the effect of retrofit scheme and proves the correctness and feasibility of the scheme. The paper enriches the theory research of ultra-low emission project, and has a certain reference significance and guiding role on the promotion of ultra-low emissions project construction.
