In order to meet the need of national economic and social development,the construction of power transmission and transformation project represented by UHV is progressing rapidly in China.As a key link between power plants and users,the substation has a pivotal position in the whole power grid.It plays an important role in transforming and distributing electric energy during transmission and distribution.It creates enormous economic and social benefits,but it has a greater pressure on the surrounding environment.Especially the substation noise problem has aroused wide attention from all walks of life.In order to meet the noise limit of the environmental acoustic functional area of power substation,substation noise radiation characteristics and properties of sound insulation materials are analyzed through the finite element method in this paper.Based on these,the noise control scheme is proposed for the substandard substations with noise.Firstly,the finite element model of the power transformer is established by the ANSYS,and LMS Virtual.lab Acoustics is used to analyze the noise radiation characteristics.By comparing the finite element simulation result with the measured data,the validity and rationality of the noise radiation prediction model of power transformer are verified;Secondly,In this paper,the rectangular standing wave tube model is established to analyze the performance of sound insulation material,and The correctness of the model is verified by comparing the simulation results of the sound insulation of the homogeneous material with the theoretical value.The sound insulation performances of foam aluminum composite sound insulation board which is presented in this paper are analyzed and studied;Finally,According to the situation of substation noise and the noise emission limit of environmental function area,the noise control schemes were proposed.The noise prediction software Sound PLAN was used to analyze the noise reduction effect of different treatment schemes.And the optimal control scheme was selected which by comparing and analyzing the noise value of the substation's plant boundary and sensitive point.It can provide powerful theoretical support for optimization design and noise control of power substation.
