| Extensive damage flyash macadam base asphalt pavement is the current focus of highway repair and maintenance,in view of the requirements of environmental resources-saving and high-performance asphalt pavement,making ash Crushed Treatment become an important issue to be solved.This paper summarizes the existing research on the basis for the ash Crushed Stone milling material characteristics are not clear,asphalt foaming effect imperfect assessment,the foamed asphalt recycled flyash gravel lack of shortcomings targeted mix design,etc.,in-depth study of the following aspects.System technical requirements summarized flyash gravel milling material,while based on Bailey method,summed up the ash Crushed Stone milling gradation characteristics proposed evaluation flyash gravel milling gradation condition reference range.Combined with gray correlation analysis method was not necessarily linked foaming characteristics between the asphalt and the foaming temperature,the most significant impact on the expansion of the foaming temperature,followed by the influence of water,the water temperature minimum;the most impact on the half-life notably foaming temperature,followed by water temperature,water consumption is minimized.Optimized foam asphalt recycling ash Crushed Stone Mixture Design Method,a clear correlation between the degree of each index,using the normalization method to get the index weight coefficient to obtain the degree of correlation formula to determine the optimum asphalt ratios.By orthogonal design,made of foam asphalt recycling ash Crushed Stone critical parameter sensitivity analysis system,a clear sensitivity of various mechanical properties.The amount of asphalt splitting strength on wet most significant,followed by dry splitting strength,again unconfined compressive strength,impact strength than dry splitting the minimum.Comparative analysis of cement ash Crushed Stone Mixture regeneration results showed good foam asphalt recycling flyash gravel anti-erosion performance,but also has good fatigue resistance,increasing the cement content will significantly improve the mechanical properties.Finally,based on energy saving benefit analysis and life-cycle cost analysis,foam asphalt recycling,regeneration cement and cement stabilized gravel three combined materials were compared,the results show that the foamed asphalt recycled flyash macadam base with significant energy saving benefits,mainly in the transport of raw materials and energy consumption,and because of its higher structural whole life,so that the present value of the foamed asphalt recycled life cycle cost of the most basic level of savings. |
