| Sightseeing agriculture is a cross emerging industries of tourism and agriculture,it uses rural landscape and natural resources to attract tourists to come to watch and experience to meet the aspirations of people to close to nature.The landscape planning and design of the sightseeing agriculture park has a positive effect on accelerating the development of the sightseeing agriculture.It is a great significance to study the evaluation of the landscape planning and design about the sightseeing agriculture park,which is of great significance to the construction of beautiful villages and the prosperity of rural economy.At the present,China's research on tourism agriculture park is mainly on the application of domestic practice based on the successful analysis of foreign cases,but not pay much attention to the real use condition of tourism after the completion of the sightseeing agriculture park,ignoring the perspective of the users' point of view.Therefore,how to understand the real needs of users from the built sightseeing agriculture park is still an important subject to solve the problems existing in the construction of tourism agriculture in China.Based on the current situation of Beijing sightseeing agriculture park,this paper uses the Post Occupancy Evaluation method(POE method),Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and other related theories to carry out investigation and study three typical sightseeing agriculture park(Crab Island Ecology Farm,Millet Happy Farm,Beijing Italian Farm)which have already been built from the user's point of view.The author regards the 20 main influencing elements in the 5 factors of landscape environment,which includes landscape environment,leisure and entertainment,service facilities,traffic organization and cultural connotation as the evaluation factors,establishes the evaluation system based on the landscape planning and design principle of tourism agriculture park and analyzes the indicators quantitatively,then draws out the advantages and disadvantages of the three cases.Through the comparison and analysis of the results to sum up the practical problems of Beijing tourism agriculture park landscape planning and design combining with the needs of users,and puts forward optimization suggestions for Beijing tourism landscape planning and design,lays a theoretical and practical foundation for the future development and innovation of sightseeing agriculture in Beijing,provides a new way of thinking about the development of China's tourism agriculture park.Research indicates:(1)Based on the AHP method to evaluate the five factors that affect the landscape of Beijing sightseeing agriculture park,the results are:traffic organization(3.24)>landscape environment(3.23)>leisure and entertainment(3.20)>service facilities(3.17)>cultural connotation(3.01).(2)Based on the evaluation of the landscape of the three sightseeing agriculture parks,the landscape effect was sorted by:Beijing Italian Farm(3.800)>Crab Island Ecological Farm(3.170)>Millet Happy Farm(2.816).(3)The results show that the main problems in the landscape planning and design of Beijing sightseeing agriculture park existing in the aspects of architectural design,green vegetation configuration,construction of service facilities and local characteristics,and the author puts forward some suggestions on these problems. |
