The new epoxy resin concrete truss structure is made of new epoxy resin concrete as the main structural material,truss members and bent columns are connected by gusset plates and bolts.The new epoxy resin concrete has high strength,good toughness,high impact strength,rapid strength growth,short molding time and other good properties.The truss structure based on new epoxy resin concrete has a very wide research space and development prospects.With the breakthrough and development of technology,the new epoxy resin concrete truss structure has a huge excavation space in the mechanical performance research.Based on the previous research on the mechanical properties of the new epoxy resin concrete materials and the optimal design scheme of the new epoxy resin concrete truss joints,this paper studies the mechanical properties of the new epoxy resin concrete fabricated truss joints and truss structures.This paper mainly invents a steel structure fabricated multifunctional truss joint test device,and carries out vertical load test on six new epoxy resin concrete fabricated truss joints of different types and sizes.The test uses the advanced 3DVic system to measure the test data of the gusset plate in the complex area,obtaines the ultimate bearing capacity of each node,the stress distribution state of the gusset plate,the axial force-time curve of the node member and the bending moment-time curve of the gusset plate end,and analyzes the stress mode and failure mode of the joint.This paper derives the stress-strain relationship formula suitable for the new epoxy resin concrete,and compares it with the uniaxial compressive stress-strain relationship of the new epoxy resin concrete,verifying the applicability of the concrete constitutive relationship given by the code to the new epoxy resin concrete.By introducing damage factors,the method for determining the constitutive relationship parameters of the ABAQUS concrete plastic damage model is studied,and a set of constitutive relationship parameters of the concrete plastic damage model suitable for new epoxy concrete is derived.This paper simulates and analyzes the new epoxy concrete fabricated truss joints,and compares them with experiments,which verifies the reliability and accuracy of the new epoxy resin concrete plastic damage model for structural analysis.In this paper,ABAQUS finite element software is used for nonlinear analysis of the new epoxy resin concrete fabricated truss structure.Taking Changchun City of Jilin Province as the construction site,the stress distribution characteristics and node displacement of the new epoxy resin concrete fabricated truss structure under vertical load and wind load are summarized.The seismic performance of the structure under earthquake is preliminarily analyzed.This paper provides a reference for the subsequent design of new epoxy resin concrete fabricated truss structure,and also provides theoretical support for the experimental study of the structure.
