The development of distributed power technology received wide support due to the continuing growth of electricity demand,the worse traditional energy shortage situation and the environment problem.The emergence of the active distribution network is to increase the acceptance ability of traditional distribution network for renewable energy.As more and more distributed power introduced to the distribution network,a large number of harmonics also get in.And it results in a more complex harmonic condition,harmonic source localization and harmonic responsibility division is more difficult.In this paper,we first analyze the difference between active power distribution network and the traditional distribution network.Then analysis the advantages and disadvantages of traditional distribution network harmonic source localization methods,and ultimately determine that harmonic source localization analysis is divided into two steps,first to determine the initial location with parameter identification method.And then,use the partial least square regression method to quantitative analyze harmonic emission harmonic current.Finally,use the harmonic contribution method to get the quantitative division of harmonic responsibility of each harmonic source on the concerned bus.The simulation example shows that the proposed method can get a good solution to the problem of harmonic source location and quantitative division of harmonic responsibility of active distribution network.
