As a form of pile foundation,the bored piles foundation are widely used in bridge engineering.It has the advantages of powerful bearing capacity?convenient installation?simple device?mature technology.In recent years,it has been widely used in our country.The cost of the bored piles is high and the drilling pile's repair is difficult.So it is necessary to optimize the design of mix proportion and further comprehensive study about construction technology is needed.At the same time,researching the measures about quality control of complete the project successful is also needed.This article introduces the design of mix proportion and construction technology of bored piles through the actual case.The design of mix proportion is introduced in the second chapter.Combined with the experiment data,the optimal design of concrete is put forward.At the same time,the important role of fly ash in concrete mix proportion optimization is put forward in the third chapter.At the fourth chapter,the whole process and the problem of construction of bored piles are discussed through the actual case of Zhengmin highway.There are many processes during the construction of bored piles,the construction of each process must be carried out seriously,the connection between each process is particularly important.Researching on the problem of the subaqueous concreting,can help us to standardize the construction process?strengthen the construction quality?decrease the quality problem?improve the economic efficient.It has important significance of theory instruction and practical application values to the practical projects.
