With the deepening of the development of China's Tibet region, Large-scale public infrastructure construction project priority in the development of Tibetan areas, the scale has been increased. Tibetan areas due to the remote, the transportation convenience is poorer, and relatively harsh natural environment, resulting in technology is not developed in the early years was not a larger degree of development, And from the perspective of the development of Tibetan areas in recent years, public infrastructure in Tibet has ushered in the large golden age, In Tibet region large public foundation for outstanding research significance in the construction of bored piles construction is one of them, bored piles because of its features, has more advantages in the Tibetan areas are also expanding the scope of the use.The vast majority of frozen soil in Tibet, and the research on permafrost has been in constant exploration, however, due to global warming, Tibetan areas of permafrost have also been affected. Also is different, the degree of the impact on the construction, and project for permafrost region poses a follow-up questions. Because of the frozen soil properties is relatively unique, the soil after the ice melts decreases the strength of the soil, the influence on reconstruction projects and to complete the project is negative. This makes the study of construction in permafrost area also need some time, within the scope of the project management discipline also need to do some related research construction in permafrost region. Bored piles construction safety comprehensive evaluation this article selects the permafrost area as the research object, through research on influence factors of bored piles construction safety in permafrost region have a comprehensive understanding and awareness.In this paper, through literature analysis, field investigation method, expert consultation method to collect relevant information, and frozen soil conditions as to choose the effect factors of bored piles construction safety, bored piles in permafrost area construction safety comprehensive evaluation index system. In this article research setting, analytic hierarchy process(AHP) combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method as a research method in this paper.
