With the rapid development of urban scale nowadays,more and more scale of municipal reservoirs have expanded accordingly.In order to control the temperature crack problem,the general large reservoirs are set expansion joints to release the temperature stress,but a lot of practice shows that the reservoirs set expansion joints are not necessarily completely avoid cracking,and the block structure also exists a series of problems,such as poor integrity,poor durability,poor earthquake-resistant,so more and more reservoirs are aiming at developing structures without joints,the super-long concrete reservoir system came into being.For the super-long concrete reservoir structure,the temperature stress must be considered as an important factor in design,because temperature effect is the main reason of causing temperature cracks.Therefore,it is very important to research the temperature effect of the super-long concrete reservoir structure and the effective control measures of temperature internal forces.The finite element software MIDAS/Gen is used to analyze the temperature effect of the super-long concrete rectangular reservoir in this paper.The purpose is to consider the influence of the non-load factors on the structure,and consider the addition of the temperature internal forces control method such as the expansive strengthening band and sliding layer,the specific research content is as follows:1.The causes and influencing factors of temperature cracks in super-long concrete structures are analyzed.At the same time,the basic theory of temperature stress is introduced,and the classification and calculation methods of temperature loads are clarified.Seasonal temperature difference and shrinkage equivalent temperature difference are considered as the temperature load on the super-long concrete rectangular reservoir in this paper.2.The finite element model of super-long concrete rectangular reservoir structure with no anti-cracking measures was established by using MIDAS/Gen.Deformation law and internal force law of the column,beam,roof and pool wall were summarized under the most harmful temperature loading conditions.3.The finite element model of the super-long concrete rectangular reservoir structure with expansive strengthening band and sliding layer are established by using MIDAS/Gen.Temperature effect of the reservoir structure with different parameters is analyzed,it is compared with the temperature effect of reservoir structure with no anti-cracking measures.The effectiveness and practicability of the expansive strengthening band and sliding layer to control the temperature shrinkage stress of the super-long concrete reservoir structure are analyzed.
