With the continuous improvement of the scale of pig breeding industry,more and more people pay attention to the bio-safety problems in the breeding farm.The pig transport car entering the farm may be deadly germs or viruses of swine with it,so cleaning and disinfection,drying process is very important before entering the pig farm,especially the last drying process,the quality of the drying directly determines whether the germs on the car are removed after washing or disinfecting,so the research on the drying effect and energy consumption of car drying room has become one of the important issues that need to be discussed and solved.Zhengzhou University and Zhengzhou power days of agricultural science and technology limited company developed pig transport car drying room.Firstly,a small drying chamber model is constructed according to the similarity theory,a ventilation method is designed,and the velocity field and temperature field of the fluid in the drying room were measured;then using Airpak software to simulate the car drying room,analyzing the flow field of car drying room under the condition,verifying the accuracy of numerical simulation method of car drying room by experiment data;because the experimental simulation cost is too large,the further research is dependent on the numerical simulation method,finally,on the basis of the simulation results of the initial drying room,the optimization scheme of air-flow organization and the optimization of process parameters are proposed respectively.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1The characteristics of hot air circulation drying in car drying room are studied,the influence of different hot air circulation modes and drying factors on the velocity field,temperature field distribution,drying effect and energy consumption in drying room is analyzed.2.The numerical simulation of car drying room is studied,according to the simulation results,the variation of temperature and time in the drying room under heating and heating conditions and the distribution law of wind speed and temperature field under the heat preservation condition are obtained,the accuracy of numerical simulation of automobile drying room is verified by comparing the measured data.3.Firstly,the air-flow organization of the car drying room is optimized,which can effectively improve the velocity field and temperature field in the drying room,Secondly the process parameters of the car drying room is optimized,the orthogonal combinations are numerically simulated to use the orthogonal design method,the heating time under different combinations of process parameters is obtained,then the energy consumption of different combinations is analyzed,the optimum combination of process parameters is obtained,so as to optimize energy saving.
