| In the history of Chinese architecture,the renewal and iteration of wall materials has been going on all the time,from the original natural materials to the new materials now,from single materials to composite materials,and from low technology to high technology.As an indispensable part of building materials,the iteration of wall materials also reflects the progress of the building industry,especially the rapid development of real estate,industrial engineering and other industries in recent years,and the consumption of building energy is also increasing.In addition,with the improvement of social progress and people’s living standard,people’s living environment,working environment and other comfort requirements are also becoming higher and higher.The search for more environmentally friendly and economical wall materials and the study of room comfort have also become hot topics in recent years.In this paper,for different wall materials,the relevant knowledge of building environment was used to carry out numerical simulation of temperature and humidity in rooms with different wall materials,and the change of indoor comfort index PMV-PPD under different wall materials was simulated by Airpak software.Considering the wall part decorative material and wall materials in all complexity,this paper simulated without any processing,inside and outside walls with different materials,to simulate the same thickness of the wall and so on different wall materials on the comfort of the room more obvious the influence of each data index,and due to the control of the single variable,so the result is more reference value.In addition,three representative wall materials are selected,namely Brick Building,Concrete block and new material(fiber cement board),regardless of indoor electrical equipment and heat dissipation of human body.Simulation results were used to analyze the temperature,humidity,PMV-PPD distribution at a section(1.5m and 1.0m above ground)in a room under different wall materials and the PMV values of the facades at different distances from the southeast two external walls.The simulation results show that :(1)the room comfort is different when different wall materials are selected.The lower the heat transfer coefficient of the wall material,the better the wall’s heat preservation and insulation.So the comfort of the room is also better.(2)There is a big difference in comfort between rooms with different distances from walls in summer and smaller in winter.(3)Whether it is winter or summer,the comfort of new material(fiber cement board)is the best,followed by Brick Building,and Concrete block is the worst.(4)When choosing new wall materials(fiber cement board)as wall materials,it not only improves the comfort of the room,but also because the new wall materials are generally used at a lower cost,and the raw materials are richer and easier to obtain.So as to reduce the construction cost and respond to the call of green building,more in line with the development trend of the current construction industry. |
