Renewal Research Of Xufu Traditional Block Street In Kaifeng In The Concept Of Tourism Experience

The refrustruction of traditional street block has been closely connected to the tourist industry recently,at the same time tradional blocks take more and more diversified demands from tourists and local residents.Kaifeng ancient district has experienced refrustrction many times,the aim for every refrastruction is to protect the historical characters and preserve the cultrural characters.One of Kaifeng tradtional street block,Xufu block has many historical landmarks,which preserved traditional street outlines and space structure.But the Shanshangan pavilion protection restrictions and local residents building activities has damaged the old street outlines,lessened its cultural value.So the Xufu traditional block need to be refurbished and protected urgently.This essay takes Xufu traditional block refurastruction as an example,under the guidance of experience tourism concept,explores the space construction,architecture protection,block scenery design and functional space set theories and design.This essay firstly searchs the traditional block pace feature under the experience tourism concept,then sums up tourism values of traditional street block space design approaches.At above basis,this essay analysis the tourism advantages of Xufu traditional blocks and put forward density block refrustruction for tourism experience concept.Under this concept,this essay explores the combination of Xufu traditional street block refurastruction design and Kaifeng ancient districts tourism development.The main argument of this essay is that through the combination of tourism experience and refrustruction of the old block provide a sustainable development approach for traditional old street blocks.This essay mainly divided in the following three parts:First part---including the first and second chapter.In the first chapter,this essay prepares the relevant tourism experience theory and old districts refrustruction materials,point out the problems of dull architecture styles,less diversified space structures and cultural characters not highlighted etc.in other words Xufu traditional street blocks also facing a new opportunity of refurbishment.To seize this opportunity,in the second chapter this essay analysis the space features of traditional old street blocks,including the special space features,cultural scenery functions and functional diversified.At the same time further analysis tourism values of traditional street block space design approaches such as strengthened featured space characters,adherence to the old street cultural characters,functional integrated etc.At last,introduced three refurbishment strategies from the example of Shanghai Tianzifang,Nanjing laomendong,Chengdu Taiguli.Second part---use the theories in chapter two to analyse the tourism experience advantages of Xufu traditional street blocks.And points out what is the unique advantage of Xufu block in location,business culture,historical resource,living status and traditional space design features.This essay integrates the diversified tourism resource advantage and Xufu refurbishment principles,put forward the density block refrustruction for tourism experience concept.Finally under this concept,this essay concludes five refurbishment design principles,that is optimiazing industries,improving traffic conditions,adhering to historical cultures,modifying space structure,transiting functions and space allocation etc.Third part---under the guidance of the density block refrustruction for tourism experience concept this essay explores the refurbishment design of Xufu block.The design focused on density block structure,cultural scenery highlighting,and functional space allocation,carry out the theory into action.Especially in density block structure,the design keeps original block features and outlines,save the smal alley space and courtyard space separately,also added square space and widened alleys.Through this design the block space feature has been diversified and the scenery elements has been strengthened.
