As China’s social and economic development into the "new normal",city planning and construction in stock planning stage,the pursuit of high quality has become an important target people and a better life.For the city,culture is the soul of the city,it gives the city new productivity,make cultural heritage city development driving force.Historical and cultural significance of the square space,it is not only people’s leisure activities,but also the carrier of regional culture,also is an important attractions of city tourism.Harbin has existed in the history of urban development 128 churches,Harbin also has been called the city of "church".But,at present nearly a century of the early church only 14 preserved,is listed as a protective structures,but part of the space of the historical and cultural value has not been really dig.Quality measure of the square space is various,for the historical and cultural square space,tourist experience is the historical and cultural square space more directly reflect the quality.Therefore,this article from the perspective of tourism experience,tourism experience related theory as the support,which the theory guide exploration research.The purpose of this study was: first,to explore the tourism experience under the perspective of historical and cultural square space quality evaluation system;Second,based on the evaluation results of tourism experience under the perspective of history and culture to the influence factors of the square space quality regression analysis;Three,on the basis of the above factors research,discussed based on the history of tourism experience culture square space quality optimization strategy.Based on the related literature at home and abroad research,combing the urban public space quality related theoretical and practical progress,extracting the square space quality factors influencing the tourist experience,and according to the investigation and interview and the actual situation of Harbin,in the selection of indicators,from the visual image,green environment,use activities,tourism service four dimensions integrated measure of the quality of the historical and cultural square space.In order to make an empirical study,this paper selected three typical church squares in Harbin and made a field investigation.Based on the evaluation data of square space quality obtained from the survey,the results of square space quality evaluation were compared and analyzed by using the statistical analysis method from three dimensions of different square space,different personal attributes and day and night difference.Finally,using logistic regression method,the square space quality factors are analyzed,according to the analysis results show that the model of the influence of the different divided into elements and basic types of exciting elements,performance,coupled with the user on the square space quality evaluation and influence coefficient,comprehensive decision to the investment to optimize the quality factor of square space priority order,and puts forward the corresponding optimization strategy.
