High-Speed Train Bogie Assembly Quality Document Rapid Generation System Research And Development

At present,the quality documents of high-speed train's bogie are artificially compiled in the most of domestic railway vehicle company,which leads to low design efficiency,long preparation cycle and poor consistency for product.Furthermore,in the production process,quality tests,quality evaluation and quality statistics and other quality management process are also basically completed by manual,which result in a large workload and low efficiency for quality personnel.Therefore,the development of a system which can rapidly generate standardized assembly quality documents for high-speed train's bogie,which achieve the input and management of quality tests data,the automatic judgment whether the test products are qualified or not,and the statistics of product quality data,this is of great theoretical significance and engineering application value to the quality management of high-speed train's bogie.Firstly,the information model of assembly quality characteristic of bogie is built on the basis of the analysis of design features and assembly process characteristics of bogie.The information model of assembly quality characteristic takes quality characteristic as basic unit,and the correspondence relationships between quality characteristics and assembly process characteristics and quality test procedures are respectively established,which provides a theoretical basis for the rapid generation of quality documents.The quality database is the data base of the generation system of quality document.According to the requirement of rapid generation system for bogie assembly quality documents,a complete quality database is designed including quality management information,characteristic data,standard quality file,test equipment and instrument,evaluation rule,unqualified product database,quality document and so on.Based on the information model of quality characteristics,the overall scheme of the rapid generation system of quality documents is designed,and the key technologies of the generation system of quality documents such as the generation and modification of quality procedure tree,and the corresponding between quality characteristics and quality procedure are studied.On the basis of the generation of quality documents,the system automatically judges whether the test step is qualified or not according to the judgment rules of quality characteristics,and generates quality record documents and quality statistical documents in the assembly process of bogie.After the statistical analysis of quality data,the system generates quality statistical documents and various statistical charts.The result of quality statistics will be fed back to the process department after the statistical analysis of unqualified products.According to the result of quality statistics,the process department analyzes the cause of the unqualified product and puts forward the improvement plan,thus improve the product percent of pass and product quality,and realize the closed-loop control of the quality of bogie product.Finally,according to the requirement of enterprise,C/S system structure is selected and SQL server 2000 is used as the database system,C#.NET is used as a developing tool and CAPP technology is taken for reference to develop the rapid generation system of assembly quality document for high-speed train's bogie.The feasibility of the system is verified by an example,and the rapid generation of assembly quality documents and the quality management of the high-speed train's bogie are realized.
