After the release of stress, the quality problems such as deformation and super- difference are often occurred. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to control the quality of typical thin walled aerial parts.The market is focus on the product quality. It is important that in the fierce market competition between domestic and foreign enterprises grasp the direction of the market, and effectively create a low cost in the shortest time, high quality products to enable enterprises in an invincible position in the competition. The quality control in the process of aviation parts production plays a key role in product quality control, strengthen the quality control in the production process of aviation parts, so that the quality of products can be guaranteed. The process of producing parts quality control objective is that the monitoring of the parts of the production process, and find out the factors that lead to the failure of the parts in the process of production and analyze the quality of the parts, then take appropriate measures to control the quality of the analysis results. It is in order to ensure the quality of the final product.This paper mainly discusses the research on the quality control of aviation products in the production process. Through the use of quality management tools to analyze the selection ultra poor and deformation typical parts in the production process. The difficulty and emphasis of this paper is to determine the super difference, reason of deformation and take effective measures to control it.(1) For the British RR parts, quality management person who detect high cutting speed,tool wear which is the cause of poor parts by using of 5M1 E, brainstorming, fishbone diagram and process capability analysis etc. quality message tools analyses the poor quality characteristics data, then they take measures to control the production process, and using process capability analysis method analyses once more for observation the control result.(2) Through the Italy Avio parts testing data collection and finishing, the quality person can analyze the cause by using 5M1 E, brainstorming and fishbone diagram. Through the analysis of tooling, cutting tools, cutting parameters, NC program consider the four factors affecting the quality of the products. Through improving the fixture to enhance its clamping stability, replacement of tool blade, cutting parameters and improve the NC programimplementation of control and management, the ability of parts inspection data by using the improved process control processing analysis are validated.(3) Study for a disc drum deep cavity machining quality control. Through analyzing the drum deep cavity structure, machining allowance, cutting characteristics of machining tool that it is considered the three factors of technology, tools and NC program are the cause of nonconforming parts, and through the perfect process, improved the tool, optimize the parameters control the part quality.(4) Study for a large thin shell parts. The design features of the parts are analyzed, and the production process, numerical control program, group hole machining, NC simulation and on-line measurement are studied.In this paper, the production process of the parts quality control research combined with ISO9000 quality management system requirements and quality analysis management tools.So as to reduce the number of non-conformance parts, improve the pass rate of parts, reduce the cost of parts processing and improve the production efficiency of enterprises. |
