The development of cities in China are from the incremental planning to stock planning,for the urban planning industry ushered in the new era.In positive response "revitalize the stock" the request of the central city work conference spirit,this article will old residential area as the research object of stock planning.S early old residential area due to construction,construction technology and capital restrictions,common living space,and the building of disrepair,narrow roads,aging infrastructure,and many other problems,serious impact on residents' daily life,damage to the city as a whole,as the leading role of the stock of urban space,in this paper,the domestic and foreign stock planning and the renewal of the old residential areas it reviews the theory and practice,and puts forward the view of memory space under the old residential district incremental updating strategy.Family members' hospital in zhengzhou city zhongyuan district GuoMianChang area as an example,the update will update strategy is applied to the relational area practice,further verify the update strategy is scientific and feasible,for the optimization of old residential area update practice of our country has the certain enlightenment significance and reference value.In this paper,the main content is divided into three parts:The first part(chapter 1,2): This paper expounds the background of stock planning,and under the background of the space of old residential area of remaining stock of great significance.To stock planning,gradual,and old residential area related concept is defined,determine the research object,research content and method,puts forward the research purpose and meaning,summarizes the innovation points and research framework;For domestic and foreign inventory planning and related theory and practice of old residential area updates are reviewed research,through the comparative analysis to understand stock of old city residential space at home and abroad research status update.The second part(chapter 3): Based on a small,incremental updating model,analyses the stock of old residential space recognition approach and the type ofmemory space.From the old residential space level,the level of roads,the greening level,construction level,the infrastructure level,management level,respectively specific update strategy is put forward.The third part(chapter 4): In zhengzhou city zhongyuan district GuoMianChang area of five relational area as an example,through consulting data,investigation,questionnaires,interviews and other forms,analyzes the research significance and the stock value of the area,understand the film area of old residential area building process,present situation and the basic information of the residents and transform,summary analysis of the problems existing in the old residential area and update the hindering factors,in view of the problems and combining the residents intend from the space,roads,landscaping,construction,infrastructure,management level proposed GuoMianChang the renewal of the old residential district planning strategy.Finally,pointed out in this paper,we study limitations and prospects in the stock of urban planning in the new period,can actually combine policy and practice,really realize the value of stock of old residential area of the city.
