Abstract/Summary:
This paper conducts the study domestic and foreign research on the test rigs for mechanical properties.A monitoring and controlling system is designed,based on a hydraulic gasket test rig developed by the lab.This system is able to conduct not only tests for mechanical properties of gasket which are based on the latest test standards,but also customized test.In this paper,the mechanical properties of the gasket under the relevant standards are studied,including compression compressibility and recovery test and creeping test.On this basis,the measurement and controlling software is designed and developed,including hydraulic measurement and controlling system,displacement measurement system,PLC system,temperature controlling system.In this paper,using Siemens software,including STEP 7-MicroWIN SMART,S7-200 PC Access SMART,and SIMATIC WinCC,modules of the software are designed and integrated,achieving mechanical properties tests in GB and ASTM systems.
