| Bolt-Flange is the most common form of connection of petrochemical equipment,which is widely used in the pressure vessels and piping of petrochemical,metallurgical,nuclear power and other industrial production,with a wide range of characteristics.However,due to the use of the environment,complex and diverse operating conditions,bolt-flange leakage has become one of the most common accidents.Especially in large-scale petrochemical enterprises,which has a large-scale production,and many equipment,pipe.The flange joint bolts countless.Once the leakage of these joints,not only waste resources and pollute the environment,but also a serious combustion explosion occurred,causing casualties to the enterprise huge losses.According to the Japanese refining statistics in the early 20th century,explosion and other accidents 70%since the flange leakage causes[1].Therefore,the sealing performance and reliability of bolted flange joints has been a key factor in the petroleum,chemical production long-term operation.Sinopec Shanghai Gaoqiao Petrochemical Company 2#CCR device expander whose reaction oil and gas pipelines having a large diameter,long distance transmission,pipeline stress(heat)complex characteristics.The pipeline flange connection "run,run,drip,drain"serious for a long time.To find the law of temperature change,flange joint element,graphite metal spiral wound gasket and flexible graphite gasket,the influence of temperature variation on the performance of flange joint and the above two gaskets is studied in this paper.The mechanism of flange seal failure during the process of medium temperature rise and temperature drop is found through the finite element analysis of flange connection of high temperature bolts and the study of the gasket and flange connection for high pressure high temperature heating,cooling rate.And the improvement measures of high temperature flange connection seal are put forward on this basis.Stainless steel flange sealing improvement measures in the production of the results show that high-temperature equipment and pipeline flange sealing performance is significantly improved through the MTM technology which can basically eliminate the high temperature equipment/pipe bolt flange connector leakage. |
