| The proportion of titanium alloy sheet metal parts in aircraft parts is increasing year by year,and hot forming technology is an important process method for titanium alloy sheet metal parts processing.At present,the frequent replacement of high temperature molds in the hot forming of titanium alloys in my country’s aviation enterprises still uses manual loading and unloading methods,and the connection between the mold and the working platform still uses the traditional press plate device,which causes many problems in the production process.Therefore,it is very important to improve the loading and unloading methods and connection methods of hot forming molds at high temperatures.This article takes the existing hot forming equipment of a domestic aerospace company as the research object,and proposes a die change system for titanium alloy hot forming.In the plan,a high-temperature mold changing car is used to replace manual loading and unloading of molds,and the mold changing car has a high degree of automation and high positioning accuracy.The mold pre-positioning table is used in conjunction with the mold-changing cart to realize the prepositioning of the mold at room temperature and ensure the positioning accuracy at high temperatures.In the plan,the heating furnace and cooling furnace are used as auxiliary equipment for heating and cooling molds of the thermoforming machine.Combined with the use of high temperature mold change vehicles,it can realize the transfer of high temperature molds and ensure that the molds are transported from the pre-positioning table to the heating furnace and then to the thermoforming machine The time position is accurate,which reduces the time occupied by the thermoforming machine and improves the use efficiency.The mold connecting device adopts an I-shaped structure,which is stable in connection and simple in disassembly and assembly,which can reduce mold assembly and unloading time and is suitable for automatic mold change.In the design process of related structures,this paper uses ANSYS Workbench software to perform thermal analysis,thermal-structure coupling analysis and optimization based on finite element theory to determine the size of the structure.Finally,DELMIA is used to simulate the mold change process,collision interference detection and manmachine task simulation to verify the rationality and feasibility of the mold change system.Through specific cases,this paper introduces a scheme for pre-positioning,replacement and connection of high-temperature molds for hot forming,and initially forms a research method for structural design,analysis and verification at high temperatures.This method provides an empirical reference for related design work,and has certain advanced,expansive and universal significance. |
