Pure electric vehicle is the future development and research direction of the car,which put forward an urgent requirement to improve the performance of pure electric vehicle.Pure electric vehicle power system is mainly composed of batteries,motors and transmission.At this stage,as the motor and the battery has a lot of technical problems can not break through in the short term,therefore,the research of electric vehicle transmission is the most direct and effective means to improve the performance,power and economic performance of the whole vehicle.In this paper,the two speed transmission of pure electric vehicle is taken as the research object.Firstly,the motor and the transmission of the electric vehicle are matched,the motor efficiency and power are simulated and analyzed,and the design model of the transmission is obtained preliminarily.Secondly,the assembly sequence is designed and the assembly ability is verified.The main parts of the designed transmission model are simulated and analyzed,and the gear profile modification of each gear set is studied,specific research contents are as follows:(1)According to the automotive design requirements,the design range of the transmission ratio is obtained,and the influence of the ratio of one block,two block,three block transmission on the efficiency of the motor and the input power of the motor is analyzed,and according to the economy,the optimal transmission ratio of one block and two block transmission is obtained.The transmission gear sets are designed preliminarily,and the acceleration performance is verified.(2)The preliminary designed transmission model is virtually assembled.A set of reasonable assembly sequences is obtained,and the assembly ability of thetransmission is verified to determine whether the preliminary designed transmission model is reasonable.(3)The transmission is modeled by Romax software.Under the specific load spectrum,the strength of the transmission shaft of the transmission,the life prediction and damage situation of the bearing,and the stress of each gear set are analyzed,and the safety factor under the worst working condition is obtained.Whether the components meet the design requirements are checked.(4)For one block,two block and the main reducer gear group,the tooth profile optimization is carried out by means of gear modification and profile modification in a number of different conditions,and the unit length load distribution and transmission error curve before and after modification are analyzed.
