| The dynamic tamping machine can be used for a variety of foundation treatment,port reclamation projects,airport projects,the construction of high-speed rail,highway foundation or bridge project will use it,as an efficient and economical equipment in the market,more and more people wants to buy it.As one of the core components of the dynamic compaction machine,carrying capacity is the major to the safety performance of the whole compacting machine.In the engineering application,the phenomenon of deformation or cracking of the tamping machine This paper provides a reference for the design of the turntable structure of the dynamic compaction machine.In this paper,the finite element mechanical strength calculation and fatigue life of the torsion machine are studied.In this paper,the mechanical analysis of the turntable is carried out,and the two most unfavorable conditions are selected.The mechanical calculation is carried out by using the powerful calculation function of AutoCAD Mechanical and Matlab software.Secondly,the 3D model is established by using SolidWorks software,and ANSYS software creates simulation model.The finite element simulation analysis and calculation of the strength of the turntable are carried out according to the two most unfavorable working conditions.The results show that the strength of the turntable complies with the design requirements,and simulation results are more accurate.Finally,the Fatigue tool in ANSYS Workbench was used to analyze and predict the fatigue life of the dynamic tamping machine turntable under the most dangerous conditions,and than calculated.In this paper,the research results of the strength and fatigue life of the turntable of the dynamic compaction machine are provided,this provides a reference for the structural design of the turntable.At the same time,the analytical method of this paper has high universality and engineering practice value,and provide reference for the design and improvement of other structural components of dynamic compactor. |
