The EPS controller's response to failure is an important item in product testing.The vehicle plant hopes to test the vehicle during its run.In this paper,a method of real-time fault regeneration for real sensor signals using signal regeneration system is proposed.Therefore,a signal regeneration and fault simulation device with low delay,high output frequency and configurable fault modes is needed.Combined with the requirement of enterprise for EPS fault test,this paper focuses on the problem of EPS input signal regeneration and fault simulation.Considering the real-time requirement of the signal regeneration unit,FPGA is chosen as the core processor,and the specific model is Spartan-6 of Xilinx company.Considering the fault simulation requirement of EPS input signal,the hardware circuit of input signal regeneration unit is designed on the basis of existing processor board,and the software is programmed by using Verilog HDL language.The Ethernet interface is developed,and the software is programmed to realize the fault model configurable.The thesis develops the available signal regeneration and fault simulation prototype device,and verified it.According to the ISO26262 standard and the result of FMEA analysis to the CEPS controller,the input signal fault model is abstracted,and the fault simulation software and parameter configuration software are compiled.The Gauss white noise interference signal which meets the precision requirement is generated by look-up table method.The noise signal is used to interfere with the input signal of the EPS controller.The correction process of rotor position sensor chip KMZ60 output signal is analyzed.An experimental device has been developed to analyze the influence of the misalignment of the rotor position sensor chip KMZ60 on the measurement results.Related tests were carried out.It is concluded that the measurement of rotor position by KMZ60 is not sensitive to the deviation of translational motion in a wide range,but it is sensitive to the deviation of the installation angle".This conclusion is of good guiding significance for the design and application of similar rotor position sensors.On the basis of the above work,the torque signal fault test is carried out by using CEPS hardware in the loop simulation system.The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed scheme are verified by testing,which shows the direction for the development of a mature EPS input signal regeneration and fault simulation device.Because the CEPS hardware in the loop simulation system is under development,the steering force significant fluctuation.The signal regeneration unit developed in this paper only achieves the regeneration of analog signals and the simulation of faults,which will increase the regeneration part of digital signals,but the difficulty is less than that of the former.In addition,the paper does not carry out real vehicle testing.Follow-up will carry out related work.
