Study On Construction Organization Plan Of One Residential And Commercial Office Project

With the continued expansion of urbanization and the urbanization process in China,many of the buildings are in development to residential commercial office multipurpose direction.Due to the different functional requirements of each building multi-purpose buildings,which the building's structure and arrangement put forward new demands.Construction organization design is the construction units to carry out the activities of a programmatic document,construction activity also after the project started an orderly,efficient and effective manner as to ensure a reasonable science.As China's construction market is currently in the phase to be improved,the system is not very robust,in most cases is very irregular.It needs to constantly improve and perfect.Most of the construction organization plan is not copy,mechanically difficult to strictly achieve in the construction project.In addition,many construction organization plan prepared by the lack of specificity,and not be compiled according to the actual characteristics of the project.Based on regarding construction organization plan of Liulitun residential and commercial office project as the research object,the author proposed construction design problems in the construction process focuses on engineering and difficulties to determine the overall objectives and the division of project management delivery schedule,reasonable arrangements for the total program of construction.According to the engineering characteristics,to determine the overall construction plan,focusing on the steel works,the template works,concrete works,steel,masonry,waterproofing and roofing construction programs and processes are designed.Finally,the author presents a project quality assurance measures,engineering safety management measures.In addition,we summarize some characteristics of the residential and commercial office project,and some responding solutions in implement the construction organization plan,which can support some references for the similar projects in the future.
