Research On Functional Assesment And Planning Of Park Greenspace With Disaster Prevention And Danger Avoidance In Zaozhuang City

Our country has a vast territory,various terrain and complex terrain,the ecological environment is ever-changing.With the knowledge of the country,the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and technology,in recent years,rapid economic development,rising living standards,but also derived a new era of urban disasters.In recent years,the city parks in many cities in large and small cities to play the role of disaster relief and other increasingly prominent role.Since twenty-first Century,the construction of city fires,flood,earthquake,landslide,debris flow,stampede,chemical plant explosion,traffic congestion,city heat island city disasters continue to spread and intensified.Zaozhuang city is a traditional coal resource city,and the geological ecological damage is serious.First of all,the status quo of the green space system in Zaozhuang city was investigated.By using the method of investigation,literature research,consulting and visiting the local municipal earthquake departments and local people,we can master the status quo and related indicators of the park green space.Study on the current situation of urban disaster prevention and development at home and abroad,as well as some specific application examples.On the basis of summing up the advantages and disadvantages of the analysis,we select a number of indicators,after the Delphy expert evaluation method and AHP method to be assigned.Through the positive analysis and evaluation of Zaozhuang city park green space disaster prevention and hedging function to improve the ability of disaster prevention and hedging.On this basis,close contact with the status quo of urban green space in Zaozhuang,accordingto local conditions,"Yang's strengths,to make up for its shortcomings," the Zaozhuang disaster prevention and planning.Based on the construction of Zaozhuang urban green space system of disaster prevention and safety evaluation index system and put forward the planning of disaster prevention and mitigation in Zaozhuang,finally,make a reflection and summary.This paper explores and practices the establishment model of the evaluation system of disaster prevention and hedging function in detail and makes a case study of Zaozhuang city.
