Our country is a relatively frequent occurrence of natural disasters. With the accelerated process of urbanization, earthquake prevention function is also becoming increasingly prominent. Urban green space system as an important part of the disaster prevention system, attach importance to it in recently years. In the earthquake, urban green space in the event of disaster play an important role,and almost all the green space assume the variety of rescue responsibility. This give us a very profound revelation. Strengthen the construction of urban earthquake prevention green space, can not only provide the public with entertainment and leisure space, but also can enhance the city’s disaster prevention and capablity. Dezhou City is located in the eastern part of earthquake zones, disaster prevention planning of urban green space (park) have a very practical significance.In this paper, the problems of the Dezhou Disaster Situation green hedge to investigation and analysis, literature research, consulting approach and evaluation of a number of indicators and other methods to study and analysis of urban green space for domestic and international disaster prevention function based on the inspection of some relevant information literature expert evaluation by Delphi method and analytic hierarchy approach to Dezhou green (park) the safety evaluation of disaster prevention functions and built Dezhou green (parks) disaster hedging safety evaluation index system, combined with some of the existing green space system Dezhou specific data through field research expedition to Greenland in Dezhou city planning disaster prevention functions.The sixth chapter,based on the result about comprehensive evaluation and the current situation of Dezhou, planning the green (parks) with disaster prevention and danger avoidance in Dezhou city.In this paper,through Reflecting on the green planning of Dezhou with disaster prevention and danger avoidance, putting forward own point on urban green space on the disaster prevention function evaluation and planning of urban green space and that can provide a theoretical support on urban green space on the disaster prevention planning and standards.
