With the rapid development of rail transit construction in large and medium cities in China,the underground tunnel project has entered a period of rapid development.Domestic shield technology is also rising,the existing hard rock boring machine(TBM)has nearly 100 sets,although the number seems a lot,but most of the TBM is close to the service period,if the scrap will bring huge waste of resources.The cutter head is the most important part of TBM,which is in contact with the rock and soil,and is the most important part of the TBM tunneling efficiency.In order to solve the problems of the large number of TBM cutter head in China,such as the failure of the whole life,and the research on the damage mechanism of the cutter head.By reading the literature at home and abroad,this thesis carried out the research of TBM cutter structure analysis,macro and micro damage and multivariate direction,to improve the service efficiency,prolong the cutter has important significance to its service life and reduce cost.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Introduces the structure type of TBM cutter,the cutter driving effect analysis of main parameters of mechanical analysis;key driving parameters for China five fractional TBM cutter;establishment of typical TBM cutter head three-dimensional model,using ABAQUS finite element analysis of cutter damage often occurred in the defect area;(2)Common macro damage of TBM disc(crack,deformation,creep,cracking and fatigue damage)in-depth study of the mechanism;the cutter for single macro damage building damage analysis model and discuss the disc cutter damage degree calculation method of typical knife;at the same time,analysis and comparison of the damage detection method of common;(3)In this paper,the advanced model of micro mechanics,genetic theory and micro damage of metal are deeply studied.The micro damage of TBM cutter head is discussed by combining the stress analysis of the micro crack tip.From the point of view of micro mechanics,constitutive model of GTN,the establishment of cutter head injury;through gene theory cutter damage marker,genetic algorithm about cutter damage evolution;derivation of cutter under cyclic loading of micro crack initiation and crack tip damage relation of stress and number of cycles;(4)Creative method of re-manufacturing cutter multivariate damage coupling research framework;mainly from two aspects of linear coupling and nonlinear coupling briefly analyzes the relationship factors related to damage coupling typical cutter and the related method.In order to make a further study on the multiple damage coupling model of the re-manufacturing cutter head,and to make the prediction of the remaining life of the cutter blade and the re-manufacturing of the cutter head.
