Study On Seismic Performance Of High Rise Building With Transfer Story

In today's prosperous times,ordinary high-rise buildings have been unable to meet the requirements of the building structure.And the structure of the conversion layer is gradually enriched into people's field of vision.Conversion layer structure is currently realized that can meet the needs of people living,office and commercial entertainment.High rise buildings with conversion layers have been optimized to bring convenience to people by change the room size from the lower floor to the upper floor.In the past 20 years,our country has carried on the research and design of high-rise building with conversion layer,and has made good achievements.In this paper,by reading many related books,periodicals and literature,a large collection of relevant industry information,bring the conversion layer of high-rise buildings as the research object,through studying the existing conversion layer structure results,summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of various forms of conversion layer,and compare the advantages of beam,plate and truss and box type conversion the inferior layer.The mechanism of the force is analyzed,and the influence of the equivalent stiffness ratio on the seismic behavior of the structure is analyzed by setting the different conversion layer position and the top and bottom of the conversion layer.At the same time,PKPM and SAP2000 is used to build the model and lay out the structural scheme.Based on the analysis of the model with different layer number,the structural seismic,including the influence of the structure period,the displacement of the structure,the displacement angle between the layers and the shear weight ratio has been changed.Then,conclusions are drawn through the comparative analysis.Finally,the related conclusions of the structure are obtained by the analysis of response spectrum and time history analysis.The seismic characteristics of high-rise buildings with transfer story are obtained,and suggestions and opinions are put forward on the type selection and structure design of the conversion layer.And,on the basis of this study,it puts forward some problems which need to be solved urgently for the study of similar projects in the future.
