In the high-rise building, in order to meet the functional requirements of complex architecture, everal layers of the building is often arranged of large space, resulting in the vertical lateral stiffiiess of the structure have great changes. Conversion layer structure is commonly used as a way to change the structure layout. the beam type transformation layer most widely used in that it gathers the characteristics of clear-edge, relatively simple calculation process, simple construction and good economic effect etc. The different structure forms of high-rise building are used due to different design requirements. therefore, it is particularly important to carry on the thorough analysis to the high rise building with the beam type conversion layer structure.This article is based on a practical engineering, different three-dimensional space model is established using finite element analysis software ANSYS, mainly for the following analysis:(1) The modal analysis of frame shear wall structure and frame tube structure should be performed, vibration period will be get form the modal nanlysis and compared with the current code.(2) The modal decomposition response spectrum method is used to analysis dynamic analysis of the frame shear wall structure and frame tube structure, in order to understand the dynamic characteristics of the earthquake action. Time history analysis method is used, the earthquake response curve is obtained from two structures under three seismic waves.(3) By changing the conversion layer structure of the lower part of the thickness of shear wall tochange the structure of equivalent lateral stiffness ratio, it conclude that the lateral stiffness ratio of the structure among the up floor and the lower floor is a very important factor on structure, when the lateral stiffness ratio of the structure is reduce,the story drift reduce as well. In order to reduce the seismic action effects on the project, the vale of the lateral stiffness ratio of the structure among the up floor and the lower floor is appropriate equals for 1, at this moment it can reduce story drif and story shear force uneven transition at the transformation layer.
