| At present,many cities which are located on some regions of our country are lack of water.Due to the advancement of urbanization,water ecosystems of cities or its surrounding areas are degrading seriously.Under the situation of the climate changing and the extreme weather frequently appearing,waterlogging disaster occurs easily in urban areas.The situation of water shortage occurs at ordinary time and too much water for the moment make that improving and transforming of urban water resources recycling model more urgent.University campus is an important part of urban land to economize water resource and prevent flood disaster occurred.As a result,the research of using water recycling type of green infrastructure is significant.This article referenced A Guide to Green Infrastructure for Canadian Municipalities and NYC Green Infrastructure Plan and Low Impact Development Stormwater Management Planning and Design Guide and Spongy City Construction Technology Guide to arrange and summarize the theory of green infrastructure and low impact development and water resource reuse.According to the Low Impact Development Stormwater Management Planning and Design Guide,this paper summarizes the type of water resource reuse and the type of green infrastructure and physical applicability and benefit of water balance.Based on investigating the situation of sites and water reuse of typical university campus in Beijing,calculating the water resource recycling type of green infrastructure and the water balance benefit and the rainstorm runoff reduction benefit in the designated rain events.This paper is a preliminary research of water recycling type of green infrastructure application strategy of campus in Beijing.According to estimating the water use situation and rainfall and infiltration capacity and the application benefits of green infrastructure,this article analyzed the applications and benefits of water resources recycling type of green infrastructure of campuses in Beijing.According the research,it can make very high water balance benefits and the rainstorm runoff reduction benefits by using water resources recycling type green infrastructure in campuses.Rainwater collection system,green roof,roof downspout disconnection,soakaways,infiltration trenches and chambers,bioretention,vegetated filter strips,permeable pavement,enhanced grass swales,dry swales,perforated pipe systems are suit for campuses’ green infrastructure construction in Beijing.Rainwater collection system is suit for where has high building density or large roof catchment area,like teaching buildings,dormitory buildings and residential buildings.Permeable Pavement is suit for Secondary roads,slip roads,garden roads,parking lots which the request of bearing ability is not high.Soakaways,infiltration trenches and chambers,bioretention,vegetated filter strips,permeable pavement,enhanced grass swales,dry swales are suit for the permeable surface where the rain infiltration does not affect the building foundation.In certain conditions,all kinds of water resources recycling type of green infrastructure work together will produce more water balance and rainstorm runoff reduction benefits. |
