With the accelerating pace of urbanization,past economic development methods have neglected the construction of ecological civilization,leading to changes in the original hydrological cycle of the city,increased surface runoff coefficients,and increased rainfall and flood flows.Urban waterlogging and urban water pollution have become one of the important factors constraining urban development.China is a country with a shortage of water resources.Internal disturbances occur frequently in major cities.This has caused great waste of water resources.The traditional urban underground drainage network is irresponsible and almost collapsed.Based on this,the “fast-discharging” model has brought new problems such as water resource waste and water resource pollution while solving urban flooding and other water problems.The problem of utilization of urban water resources has been renewed attention after a series of internal disturbances.Scientific stormwater management has become a breakthrough in solving urban water problems.The research on stormwater management has been in existence for a long time.Some developed countries have conducted long-term research on urban stormwater management.Under continuous research,some stormwater management theories have begun to take shape and gradually grow.The subsequent development of stormwater management models is even more Stormwater management provides more scientific forecasting and management.The green infrastructure structure emphasizes the use of natural ecosystems to infiltrate,regulate and purify,and achieve the purpose of improving the utilization rate of water resources.Plants play an important role in the construction of green infrastructure.They can not only play an important ecological function such as greening the environment and regulating the urban microclimate.The interception of cover plants canopy to rainwater has become an important part of the study of green infrastructure.Based on the background of the frequent occurrence of urban water problems,this article starts with the construction concept of the sponge city and related concepts and viewpoints of low-impact development,and sorts out the research status of domestic and foreign rainwatermanagement theories,and designs some common green infrastructures and their design.The main points are summarized,pointing out the role of the green infrastructure in solving urban water problems:(1)The Lanzhou's water utilization strategy was proposed from the aspects of the reduction of rainwater sources,the conduction of rainwater and flooding,and the end of rainwater flooding to provide basis for the promotion of the virtuous circle of water resources in Lanzhou,and proposed that Lanzhou could build green infrastructure.Plant collocation principles and programs.;(2)To study the interception capacity of plants,analyze the influencing factors and the problems existing in the planting of plants in Lanzhou,and put forward a reasonable zoning when constructing the green infrastructure,and carry out a reasonable collocation according to different district functions;(3)Point out the role of the green infrastructure in solving urban water problems,statistically draw the design rainfall in Lanzhou,and use this as a basis to decompose various control indicators of the green infrastructure in Lanzhou and propose that the green infrastructure is to solve the problem in Lanzhou.Water utilization is superior to traditional development methods.
