Multi-DOF High-Speed Mobile Mechanism is a attitude simulation equipment which plays an important role in link projects,aiming at completing the performance test experimental of weapons,its performance is directly related to the reliability and credibility of the test results and it plays a decisive role in the study process of weapon systems.This paper mainly solves the design of the control system which is the key part of the Mobile MechanismAccording to the design requirements,the paper first determined the semi closed loop control mode of the PC+motion control card,and designed the three layer structure including the man-machine interactive system,the drive system and the motion execution system.At the same time,the software and hardware of the system are designed according to the three layer structure.In addition to,the mathematical model of the control system is established and simulation analysis for speed control and attitude control for system is conducted by Matlab.The simulation results show that the speed precision and positioning accuracy of system meeting the requirement of performances specification.Finally,this paper built performance testing device and completed the performance test experiment.As the results,the performance of speed accuracy,positioning accuracy and other index of the Multi-DOF gesture simulation system meet the requirements.The attitude control system of the Multi-DOF High-Speed Mobile Mechanism has the characters of high operating precision,simple and reliable.After many tests,the running condition of the equipment is good,and the design target is achieved.
