China has introduced a number of policies in recent years to encourage the development of assembly-type construction and steel structure.In this paper,an assembled lateral force resisting steel column is proposed,which can be used as a anti-lateral force component for civil building structure.In the building structure not only has good seismic performance,to meet the requirements of architectural design(the standardization of design,factory production,assembly and other construction requirements).Firstly,three different types of assembled lateral force resisting steel column were designed,and the numerical simulation analysis and quasi-static loading test were carried out.The main results were as follows: failure mode,hysteresis performance and so on.The study was focus on the assembled lateral force resisting steel columns which has energy dissipation bending and no energy dissipation bending.Secondly,the structure and size of the assembled lateral force resisting steel columns with network structure is optimized by means of numerical simulation analysis.By analyzing the results,the following conclusions are obtained:(1)From the numerical simulation analysis of the stress nephogram and experimental phenomena,we can see that the energy dissipation bending of the assembled lateral force resisting steel column which has energy dissipation bending bear the main component of the late seismic energy consumption.Compared with the assembled lateral force resisting steel column which has no energy dissipation bending,it shows a more superior deformation capacity;(2)When the displacement of the column is horizontal to the displacement angle of 1/250,the assembled lateral force resisting steel columns are still in the elastic stage,satisfying the specification requirement.In addition,the bearing capacity is increasing.(3)During the loading process,the assembled lateral force resisting steel columns have certain energy dissipation capacity,stability and deformation ability;(4)When the displacement of the column is horizontal to the displacement angle of 1/50,the bearing capacity of the assembled lateral force resisting steel column with energy dissipation bending is still not showing a decreasing trend,and the energy consumption is more stable,and the energy dissipation bending section is responsible for the main seismic energy consumption in the later stage of the component loading.(5)The results obtained by quasi-static loading test are in good agreement with the results obtained by numerical simulation.The method of numerical simulation analysis by finite element software ABAQUS can be used as an effective method to study the assembly of anti-lateral force.(6)After the numerical simulation of each group model,the optimal structural form and detail size are obtained by analyzing and comparing the hysteretic behavior of each group.
