In recent years,prefabricated building in China has developed rapidly.The 14 th five-year plan proposes to promote new urban construction and promote prefabricated buildings and steel structure housing.On the basis of the previous research of the research group,this paper puts forward a structural form of prefabricated lateral force resisting steel lattice column.This structure achieves the purpose of anti-seismic energy dissipation through the plastic deformation of steel lacing bar.Prefabricated lateral force resisting steel lattice column has the advantages of light weight,good seismic performance,dry construction and so on.The construction site only needs bolted connection,which can better meet the requirements of assembly construction.In this paper,the prefabricated lateral force resisting steel lattice column is the research object,the seismic performance of the prefabricated lateral force resisting steel lattice column and the influence of welding residual stress on its seismic performance are studied by means of quasi-static test and finite element simulation.and the relevant engineering application suggestions are given.The main research work and conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The finite element model of prefabricated lateral force resisting steel lattice column is established in ABAQUS,and its seismic performance is simulated and analyzed.On the basis of finite element simulation,the full-scale component of prefabricated lateral force resisting steel lattice column is made,and the research of quasi-static test is carried out.The results show that the seismic performance of prefabricated lateral force resisting steel lattice column is greatly improved.Compared with the latticed column decorated with pieces,it is destroyed when the interstory displacement angle is 1 / 75,while the prefabricated lateral force resisting steel lattice column is not destroyed when the interstory displacement angle is 1 / 50,and its energy dissipation capacity and other seismic performance indexes are improved.(2)Based on the finite element analysis software ABAQUS,the welding residual stress field at the lacing bar of the prefabricated lateral force resisting steel lattice column is simulated and obtained by using the sequential coupling method.The welding residual stress field is regarded as a "predefined field" in ABAQUS,and its influence on the seismic performance of prefabricated lateral force resisting steel lattice column is simulated and studied.The results show that the welding residual stress at the lacing bar will lead to the decrease of the lateral bearing capacity,energy dissipation capacity and other seismic performance indexes of the prefabricated lateral force resisting steel lattice column.(3)The quasi-static test results and numerical simulation results of prefabricated lateral force resisting steel lattice column are compared.It is proved that the prefabricated lateral force resisting steel lattice column has good seismic performance.And in the case of considering the welding residual stress at the lacing bar,the seismic performance simulation results of prefabricated lateral force resisting steel lattice column will be more accurate and closer to the quasi-static test results.
