In recent years,China has issued a number of policies to promote the application of prefabricated buildings and steel structure buildings,and the increasing number of practical projects,assembly specifications and standards provide opportunities for the development of prefabricated steel structure buildings.At the same time,the highly developed assembly building industry in Europe,America,Japan and other countries also provides reference for the development of prefabricated buildings in China.On the basis of the previous research of the research group,this paper puts forward a structural form of prefabricated lateral force resisting wall.Through the collaborative work of prefabricated anti lateral force steel column and external modified polystyrene particle concrete wall panel,the seismic performance of prefabricated lateral force resisting wall component is improved.The assembled anti side force wall structure has the advantages of continuous beams and non-continuous columns,each floor is a single wall column unit,each component is small in size,and the whole component is light in weight,only bolt connection is needed on site,so dry construction can be realized.The prefabricated lateral force resisting wall can be applied to the prefabricated structure system,which can meet the requirements of standardized design,factory production,containerized transportation and assembly construction.First of all,based on the finite element software ABAQUS,the detailed parameters of the prefabricated lateral force resisting wall structure are optimized,and the numerical simulation analysis of the prefabricated lateral force resisting wall structure with different component detail sizes is carried out to optimize the structure parameters with the best anti-seismic performance;secondly,the optimized prefabricated lateral force resisting wall structure model is established,and the full-scale component is made at the same time,the paper studies the hysteretic curve,skeleton curve,stiffness degradation curve,ductility and energy dissipation capacity by the method of combination of quasi-static loading test and numerical simulation analysis,and further analyzes the seismic performance of the prefabricated lateral force resisting wall structure,and compares the seismic performance with that of the prefabricated lateral force resisting steel column in the quasi-static test.At last,the paper studies the envelope structure,floor slab,roof slab and other structures which are suitable for the prefabricated lateral force resisting steel column and the prefabricated lateral force resisting wall structure,and provides the basis for the subsequent research of the prefabricated anti lateral structure system.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The parameters such as the diameter and the detail size of the steel bar have a great influence on the seismic performance of the prefabricated lateral force resisting wall component.Through the optimization of the structure size,it is determined that the diameter of the steel bar is 22 mm,the detail sizes of the steel bar are a=10 mm,b=40 mm.(2)In the prefabricated lateral force resisting wall structure,the collaborative work of the prefabricated anti lateral force steel column and the external modified polystyrene particle concrete wall panel can make the structure form multiple anti-seismic defense lines andimprove the anti-seismic energy consumption capacity of the structure.The results of quasi-static test and numerical simulation are in good agreement.Compared with the prefabricated anti lateral steel column structure,the prefabricated lateral force resisting wall structure has better seismic performance.The ultimate bearing capacity is increased by about18%,and the cumulative energy consumption is increased by about 36%.(3)The prefabricated lateral force resisting wall structure can effectively solve the fire and anti-corrosion problems of the prefabricated steel structure buildings,and realize the design standardization,production factory,transportation containerization and construction assembly.(4)In the prefabricated lateral force resisting structure system,the autoclaved lightweight aerated concrete board or polystyrene particle concrete lightweight wall board can be selected as the exterior wall board matching the prefabricated anti lateral force steel column,the lightweight steel keel gypsum board can be selected as the interior wall board matching the prefabricated anti lateral force steel column,and the composite floor and prefabricated integral roof board can be selected as the floor and roof structures matching the prefabricated anti lateral force steel column.
