The speed control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor is more and more widely used in the field of high-speed,high-precision and high-acceleration motion control.When the permanent magnet synchronous motor performs frequent acceleration and deceleration adjustments,due to the influence of the coupling term in the motor,it will aggravate the current fluctuations and reduce the accuracy of the system’s speed control,so it cannot meet the requirements of modern industrial control "Three High Integration".For this reason,Linear Actice Disturbance Rejection Control(LADRC)is used in high-performance speed regulation systems.Therefore,in this paper,a linear closed-loop vector speed control scheme for permanent magnet synchronous motor based on high performance dynamic decoupling controller is proposed in the research and analysis of linear auto disturbance rejection control technology.The main contents of this paper are as follows:First,the background and significance of the research on the subject are described,and the development and research status of permanent magnet synchronous motors are introduced,with a focus on comparing various control algorithms and research status of permanent magnet synchronous motors.Then the basic structure of the permanent magnet synchronous motor is analyzed,the mathematical model of the permanent magnet synchronous motor in the d-q coordinate system is established,the vector speed control system of the permanent magnet synchronous motor is established based on the PI controller,and the simulation is verified.Finally,the linear auto-disturbance control technology is deeply researched.Aimed at the problem that the performance of the traditional linear expansion state observer is limited by the bandwidth of disturbance estimation,an improved LADRC is proposed.In order to solve the problem of difficult control of the coupled system,a high-performance dynamic decoupling controller is proposed by using the improved linear autodisturbance controller,and it is applied to the vector speed control system of the permanent magnet synchronous motor to construct the simulation model,Compared with PI control and fuzzy PID control.The simulation results prove the effectiveness of the vector speed control scheme of the permanent magnet synchronous motor based on the high-performance dynamic decoupling controller,which significantly improves the dynamic response performance of the AC speed control system. |
