Feasibility Study On Reconstruction Of Partial Buildings Of Second Affiliated Hospital Of Jilin University Into Aged Care Buildings

As of today,China has fully entered into the era of population aging,followed by the social problems that gradually exploded.On the one hand,China has developed rapidly in the field of medical services,has acquired remarkable achievements and has initially formed the aging social health care service system since reform and opening-up.However,there is still no reasonable and efficient medical resources allocation system,and there are many other practical problems,resulting in the consequence that the development of China's aging medical buildings still can not meet the huge social needs.On the other hand,with the increasingly severe problem of population aging problem,the huge demand for medical care and health care is still in the process of continuous expansion.There are no obvious gaps between the construction of pension institutions in Changchun and other cities in China,but there are some outstanding problems such as the low average service level,the disjointed relation between supply and demand,the backward equipment and facilities and the substandard nursing level.Combined with the pension status and social needs,some large-scale integrated pension agencies began to establish relationship with the hospital,and they jointly built a prototype of pension institution that integrated medical treatment with pension in Changchun.As a new system that solves the pension problem of elderly patients,the pension institution that integrates medical treatment with pension will become the main construction direction of China's pension industry in the future.However,in the list issued by the relevant department,none of the cities in Jilin province belong to the first batch of pilot units that integrates medical treatment with pension.It can be seen that the development of formal pension institutions that integrate medical treatment with pension in Changchun city and even Jilin province is still backward.Through the design and research on the reconstruction of part of the buildings in Second Affiliated Hospital of Jilin University into pension buildings,the paper attempts to demonstrate the feasibility of the common development of the medical treatment and pension combination model and the renovation and extension of old medical buildings.From the perspectives of sociology,architecture and geriatric sociology,the paper researches and analyzes the related theory and the background of the combination of medical treatment and pension,the feasibility of renovation,the design principles and methods of renovation and monomer building renovation program.Ultimately,the paper draws the conclusion that the renovation program of Second Affiliated Hospital of Jilin University is very feasible.Besides,this study provides theoretical and practical support for the development of pension industry in the hospital,Changchun city and even the whole China.
