Research On The Design Of Medical And Healthcare Spaces In Small And Medium-sized Elderly Care Institutions

As China enters into an increasingly serious social problem,with the development of social economy,more and more old people are disabled and mentally retarded.The elderly need to cope with many basic diseases,chronic diseases,predisposing diseases,etc.in the elderly care,and the demand for medical care has gradually increased.Therefore,the elderly care model of combining medical care with nursing care has gradually become the mainstream.In order to actively respond to the aging of the population,the country has issued relevant policies to support the elderly care industry,pay attention to the needs of the elderly,and promote the combination of medical care and elderly care services.Nursing mode for health and old people has been a major task in old people’s care building.This paper takes the small and medium-sized elderly care institutions with medical and health care rooms as the research object,collects the cases of small elderly care institutions,analyzes the location relationship and area allocation of their medical and health care space in the institutions,summarizes the correlation among them,and draws the design suggestions about the space relationship and scale of medical and health care rooms in the small and medium-sized elderly care institutions.Select two small and medium-sized elderly care institutions to conduct in-depth research,record and draw the behavior line of the users of the medical care space through interview,follow-up survey and fixed-point observation,draw the patrol flow line,medical treatment flow line and drug distribution flow line,analyze the characteristics of the workflow line and work content of the medical staff,and draw the design points of the medical service flow line.Real-time record of the use of health care space,understand the health care service mode and personnel allocation in small and medium-sized elderly care institutions,analyze the characteristics of space use and space requirements,and put forward the design suggestions on the location,equipment configuration,space composition and space scale of health care space in the institutions according to the characteristics and needs of the elderly.The design suggestions put forward will be applied in the design practice to verify the feasibility of the design of medical care space for small and medium-sized elderly care institutions.The design and research results of this paper are intended to provide design ideas for the medical care space of small and medium-sized elderly care facilities under the mode of combination of medical care and nursing.Starting from the actual needs and behavioral characteristics of the medical care staff and the elderly in the institution,the design of the medical care space will be more in line with the use needs,and also provide reference for the space design,staffing and operation mode of elderly care institutions of the same scale,Promote the better development of small and medium-sized elderly care institutions under the mode of medical and nursing integration,and provide better services for the elderly.
