In recent years,with the rise of the sponge city construction,the concept of low impact development(LID)has become an important guiding theory of city road construction.However,the current domestic urban road construction is based on the perspective of decision makers and designers,public participation is not enough,at the same time,there are few researches on the benefit evaluation of road green space,and it is often carried out from a single aspect.Comprehensive evaluation of urban road green space benefit under the concept of LID can effectively solve this kind of problem.Also,it makes the planning and design process of road green space under the concept of LID more perfect.On the basis of improving the quality of the road green space,a more scientific construction standards and norms are gradually formed.This paper focuses on the performance evaluation of the city road green space from environment,function and esthetics of three aspects,analyzes the characteristics of Wuhan road green space and the demand characteristics of the users under the LID concept,constructs the evaluation system of road green space benefit under the LID concept.Based on the analysis of the applicability of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the application of two types of road green space in Wuhan sponge demonstration area was discussed.The main contents are as follows:First of all,this paper defines the related concepts of city road green space benefits,and expounds the connotation of urban road green space benefit based on LID concept.With the comparison of the existing evaluation methods,a comprehensive evaluation method of the road green space in Wuhan under the concept of LID is established based on the fuzzy mathematics theory.Secondly,according to the planning and construction of road green space in Wuhan under the concept of LID,by using the method of literature research,the evaluation index of urban road green space under the concept of LID was selected,and through the questionnaire survey and expert consultation,weighted calculation to complete the selection of evaluation index system.This paper establishes the evaluation system of road green benefit in Wuhan city under the LID concept,mainly including environmental benefits,functional benefits and aesthetic benefits 3 criteria layer,road rainwatermanagement,micro-climate improvement 6 index layers and runoff reduction effect,runoff peak delay effect of 18 sub index layers.Using the analytic hierarchy process to construct the judgment matrix of 22 comparison,according to the expert's professional judgment,determines the weight of each evaluation index,analyzes the relative importance of each index and explains the meaning and evaluation method.Finally,taking the green space of Linjiang road and Wu Feng 2th road as the evaluation object,the fuzzy evaluation method is used to evaluate them.The results of the evaluation are all grade II.It is indicating that the effect is good and the public satisfaction and acceptance of road green space construction under the LID concept in Wuhan city is higher.The paper summarizes the evaluation results and the problems,and puts forward some suggestions for the development and construction of Wuhan road green space.This study not only provides a new idea and method for the evaluation of the road green space in Wuhan,but also provides the guidance for the construction of the road green space of the LID.
