Acceleration of the modernization process,while people are enjoying the dividends of modern infrastructure,the impervious area has increased,the ability of land to resist shocks has declined,the original ecological environment has been destroyed,the management of stormwater has become more difficult,waterlogging has increased,stormwater runoff pollution has increased,and water has become increasingly polluted.Resource loss and other related problems have brought huge economic losses and casualties to people.In the exploration of urban stormwater management,the concept of low impact development(LID)came into being.This concept advocates the scattered deployment of a series of source control measures,so that the phenomenon of hydrological effects in the construction area tends to be before development,so as to reduce as much as possible.Ecological damage to the development area.Guided by the concept of Low-impact Development,this paper constructs a comprehensive benefit evaluation system of LID measures in Sponge City,covering three dimensions of environmental,economic and social benefits,realizes the quantitative research of comprehensive benefit evaluation,makes up for the current situation that the comprehensive benefit has not been comprehensively quantified,and applies the evaluation system to the sponge construction of a science and Technology City in Sanya Based on the quantitative simulation of environmental benefit indicators such as rainfall runoff,the comprehensive benefit evaluation of each scheme is completed based on the development of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation,and judging the best solution.On this basis,an improvement strategy is proposed.It is applied to the construction of regional sponges in order to provide support for maximizing the benefits of sponges.Therefore,this paper introduces a variety of LID measures in detail,summarizes the benefits of LID measures,summarizes various evaluation methods,and sorts out the evaluation objectives and principles of low-impact development comprehensive benefits.The comprehensive analysis method and the Delphi method are used to optimize the evaluation indicators,from the three dimensions of environmental benefit,social benefit and economic benefit,construct the comprehensive benefit evaluation system of LID measures,to form a regional rainfall control runoff and pollution in stages,and to realize the reduction of rainfall runoff and the reduction of rainwater.Targets such as pollution reduction and rainwater recycling.It also divides 7 first-level index layers such as runoff control,pollution control,cost and rainwater utilization,and16 second-level index layers such as runoff reduction effect,rainwater resource utilization and ecological landscape in detail.AHP-entropy weight method is adopted.Judging the relative importance of each index,The AHP-entropy weight method is used to judge the relative importance of each index,and the comprehensive benefit evaluation of LID measures is completed based on the evaluation principle combined with the actual sponge construction needs,and the evaluation system is applied to a science and technology city in Sanya.Pick out 4 designs that are suitable for this project,with the help of existing precipitation data,SWMM software is used to simulate the hydrological and water quality reduction effect of each scheme,and some environmental benefits are judged.Finally,the comprehensive benefits of each scheme are analyzed with a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.The comprehensive benefit value is the largest and belongs to grade II.The comprehensive benefit is better screened as the final LID measure plan,and optimization measures are proposed in the application of the actual plan,in order to provide new ideas and theoretical methods for the quantitative research on the benefits of sponge construction in the Science and Technology City.Provides practical guidance on sponge construction decisions. |
