| In recent years,with the rapid development of civil aviation,the hydrant refueling has replaced the tanker refueling gradually and becomes the main method of the aircraft refueling.With the popularity of the apron fuelling pipeline network,some operational problems has emerged.Compared with the long distance oil pipeline network and gathering-transferring pipeline network,apron fuelling pipeline network has the following characteristics: complex structure,intensive and multi-loop pipeline network,complexity of node flow and pressure change,intermittent operation,the uncertainty of flow direction and so on,which make water hammer and the choice of the pressure range in the apron fuelling pipeline network becomes a concerned problem for the airport builder and operation personnel.In this paper,the corresponding continuity equation,the equation of motion and the energy equation of fluid flow has been established by the basic theory of fluid mechanics through the comprehensive consideration of various aspects about the apron pipeline network including the strcture feature,flow characteristic and the operating characteristic.According to the basic assumptions about the airport pipeline,this paper has also established the basic fluid relationship.And based on the node quality and energy conservation relationship,the hydraulic analysis model applying to apron fuelling pipeline network has been established.Secondly,according to the airplane fuelling data and the data from automatic control room,this paper has established the different large and medium-sized apron pipeline models in the domestic.And the dynamic simulation results has been used to compare with the apron pressure measuring point data to verify the applicability and accuracy of the model.On the basis of this,combined with apron system technology and operating characteristics,this paper has performed water hammer simulation and analysis in a different operating state,which can provide the basis for determining the pressure range of the pipeline network.Finally,combined the analysis of the aircraft ground supply system process with the system parameters collected in the field,the model of the ground fuel supply system has been established.According to the field acquisition and operation data,the ground fuel supply system has been simulated.In order to verify the accuracy of the simulation result,this paper has carried on the ground fuel supply system pressure drop experiments in the ground oil system test platform.Compared the experimental data with the simulated data,the average relative deviation is 4.01%.In this paper,considering the water hammer analysis,the pressure drop of the ground fuel supply system and combining operating characteristic with security requirement of the apron fuelling pipeline network,it has been determined that the pressure range of the apron pipe network is 0.4~1.2MPa.Through the research,analysis,experiment of the water hammer and pressure range in apron fueling pipeline network,the research results such as flow rate and pressure range proposed in this paper have provided technical support for the formulation of MH5008-2017 "Civil airport oil supply engineering construction technical specification". |
