With the construction of bridges across China’s existing operating lines,horizontal rotation construction has been widely used.In this paper,horizontal rotation constructions taken as the object of study,and the three problems which include “not rotate,insecure and inaccurate” in the bridge swivel construction are analyzed.Through the study of structural construction control of the rotating,the optimization of the normal stress of the spherical hinge contact,the reasonable selection of the rotary hinge structure,the estimation method of the unbalanced moment and the control method of the jointing theory in this paper theoretical basis and practical case analysis of the "turning stable and accurate " of the turn of the bridge are provided.This article has achieved the following results:1.The construction and rotation control measures of the rotary turning structure are described.2.The contact stress resolution of ball joint is optimized through Greenwood and Williamson contact friction model,and its precision is proved by the finite element software Midas-Fea to meet the requirements.3.Through the evaluation of temporary consolidation on-site test of bearing,its accuracy is got to meet the requirements which can replace the weighing test.4.There is a certain degree of error in the prediction method of the stress difference under the spherical hinge,and the calculation formula of this method is modified by the project and other engineering field test data.5.In this paper the least squares method is used to modify the parameters of the swivel control,and it is verified in the formal swivel that the method is suitable for closed control of the horizontal swivel method.Through the above research,the contact stress resolution of ball joint is optimized and the application field of Greenwood and Williamson model is extended,which enriches the unbalanced moment estimation method of balanced swivel construction and fills the gap of the research on the closed control of the horizontal swivel method.
