With thecontinuingemerge of high-rise buildings,thefrequency of installation and maintenance of high-altitude equipment also increased,highlighting the importance of high-rise building outdoor lifting machinery.At present,many problems generally exist in high altitudelift equipment such as high fixed and installation requirements,poor flexibility,arge volume,inconvenient to carry,high cost of use and so on.For some scattered operations,the task must be fully completed by manpower,not only cause great labor intensity,low efficiency,but also accompanied by high security risks.Relevant statistics show casualties caused by falling rise up to thousands in China every year.Falling fromhigh altitude,which is one of the three major injuries in the construction industry,occurs frequently and is very dangerous.In order to solve the above problems,a portable lifting equipment for aerial work is developed in this paper.Portable lifting equipment is mainly composed of hanging wire rope,friction wheel,drive motor,transmission mechanism,control system,safety device and frame.When the equipment is running,the suspensionwire rope is wrapped in the friction groove between the two friction wheels as the shape of “ ∞ ”.Lifting movement of the load device is realized by the friction,so as to complete the lifting operation.The wire rope is used inportable lifting equipment to realize the function of guidance and suspension,which overcomethe difficulty in traditional lifting equipmentof high-rise outdoor fixed installation.The separability of wire rope and machine equipment,and modular design of the body lead to its biggest structure with a small volume,light weight,convenient for personal carry out;Effective braking can be ensureby the safety device when the equipment slipping or falling,solves the safety problem of the equipment crawling and meets the safety requirement of equipment.The safety is priority for aerial work.Therefore,finite element analysis software was used for the analysis and calculation of strength of key parts;At the same time,using basic dynamics knowledge,mechanics model of suspension wire rope is established,Time-varying Function of Tension of Suspension Steel Rope was showed,MATLAB/Simulink module was usedin this paper fordatasimulate,the maximumtension was checked,the rationality of the design of portable lifting equipment in-depth was validated.
