| Nowadays,large-scale stereo garage is widely used,but the large-scale stereo garage manufacturing cost is very expensive,access to a long time,is not conducive to the installation of narrow areas or roadside parking spaces.The traditional simple stereo garage access efficiency is very low and and the access to the upper vehicle is very difficult.Therefore,the key to solve the problem is to design a new simple lift stereo garage which mainly has the following characteristics,such as simple and practical structure,high parking efficiency,side elevation to enhance the upper vehicle,upper and lower two-tier vehicle access without avoidance,the following will call this new garage for side orientation and non-avoidance stereo garage.By comparing the side orientation and non-avoidance stereo garage and the existing simple stereo garage,there are three main features.it is through the side to enhance the upper vehicle.It is stored or removed from the upper and lower vehicles do not affect each other.It has a variety of installation methods and the installation process is simple,such as no foundation installation,close to the wall installation and installation in the roadside parking spaces and so on.Therefore,this paper aims to design a side of the three-dimensional garage without shelter,the main research content is as follows:First of all,designed the subprograms of each module and developed the overall plan for the stereo garage and completed the machine’s stereo garage.At present,domestic and foreign simple stereo garage garage structure is mostly vertical structure to enhance the vehicle.There are few studies and designs for side orientation and non-avoidance stereo garage.Therefore,through research and analysis of research status,application of stereo garage puts forward the functional design requirements of equipment.According to the known parameters and the overall function designs the implementation of each sub-module and component structure.Reasonably integrating the sub program and the structure of the components formulates the general scheme of stereo garage and design overall structure of stereo garage.Then,designed the power system of the stereo garage and completed the selection of the type of power parts.Based on the general scheme and the overall structure of the side orientation and non-avoidance stereo garage.According to the maximum load,travel,time and other design parameters to calculate the foundation of the choice of power components designed the lower deck of the garage power system and the upper side of the azimuth lift power system and completed the calculation and selection of power components and check the applicability of the selection results.Finally,after the structural design is completed,using ANSYS software to analyze and optimize the key components of stereo garage.ANSYS SCDM software is used to design the analysis unit,extract the cross section and simplify the connection point,thus simplifying the three-dimensional garage ANSYS analysis model.ANSYS analysis of the key components of the force and deformation,and verify that the results of the analysis to meet the requirements.And according to the analysis results,the improved model is used to optimize the reanalysis,and the optimal structure is selected by comparing the results. |
