| Electric Vehicle(EV)is clean and pollution-free,it can supply with several kinds of energy,also its energy efficient is high.These advantages solved the problems such as energy,pollution and road capacity that made by traditional vehicle.So,EV technology has become the researching focus in the world.The research of EV technology in our country has just begun.All the key technologies have to be solved.Motor and its control technology is one of the most important technologies that must be solved firstly.In this article,the research object is brushless DC Motor,and the control system is designed,which makes the motor running smoothly with less fluctuation and noise.Firstly,based on mathematical modeling,motor’s basic structure and the operating mode is analyzed in this paper.Then,Combined with the application requirements and application scope of motor for electric vehicle,In the MATLAB/Simulink simulation platform,the simulation model is created.The RBF neural network PID algorithm is applied to the simulation model,Finally,the experimental results show that the advanced PID algorithm can effectively improve the stability and robustness of the system.On the basis of the completion of the thesis.The main work and conclusions of this paper are:(1)Using MATLAB to RBF neural network PID control in brushless DC motor simulation research,proves that the RBF neural network PID is better than simple PID control performance.It shows obviously that its overshoot volume obviously decrease,oscillation frequency and adjusting time,rise time shortened In the results of the simulation.In the steady state performance,its regulating time is not obvious.From the overall to justifying the RBF neural network PID is superior than the simple PID control performance.(2)Use Freescale,S MC56F801 X series chip as the core of the main control circuit,and use the DRV8301 chip in the drive circuit,form the hardware foundation of the brushless dc motor control system.Use CCS platform in the aspect of software,work out the main program and interrupt program.Finally,through the combination of software and hardware,verified the effectiveness of the proposed method.(3)Through experiment,this paper proposes the brushless dc motor control strategy is correct and feasible.The hardware of control system is simple and improves the system,s reliability,robustness and good control effect.The work done in this paper provided the certain theory reference and practical engineering method for brushless dc motor is widely used. |
