Research Of Servo Motor System Base On AVR MCU

As the great development of the society productivity and the semiconductor technology, the domain of the application of the electronic control system that have image processing is more and more widely. In many domain, we must sampling and analyse base on image of aim information, Further more control power system to move and to disposal aim. As the great development of CMOS Image sensor and development of MCU and professional motor control integration chip, the domain of the application of the control system also more and more broad.In this project, we constitute control circuit by ATmega8-an AVR-series MCU product of ATMEL company and L6235 product of ST MICROELECTRONICS company, constitute perform machine by Brushless-DC-Motor. The consideration between low-cost and good-controlling performance has been well balanced by choosing this central-controlling unit. The following works have been presented in this project.Firstly, In this project, I depiction the method of image processing based on the combine with practice and theory.Furthermore, the characteristic of the system's driving source-the Brushless-DC-Motor has been analyzed based on theory.Moreover, the controlling strategy has been designed in detail based on the characteristic of AVR MCU and professional motor control integration chip of Brushless-DC-Motor. Include produce hardware circuit and programme software. The most important is that we combine with primary control circuit and actual request to design examine circuit of motor position from two aspects. We come true closed loop control by combine with check make by ourselves and counter function of MCU, gain the good effect.At the last, an experimental machine has been set up and by making the observations in the lab and the outside test, the machine works very well.From the work which has been done in this project, the conclusion can be draw that the motor control system based on the image processing has the virtues of...
