In today's society,people's living standard continues to improve,and with the development of science and technology,the quality requirements of the vehicle are in high,so good automobile NVH is demanded by market.At this stage,because there are a lot of noise and vibration on the car,and there vibration and noise not only affects people's comfort,but also reduce the use efficiency of various parts of the car,and also increase the risk of the automobile running.For the pure electric vehicles,the engine vibration is an important source of vehicle's vibration and noise.The vibration excitation of the motor is transmitted to the vehicle body through the powertrain mounting system,and then the vibration and noise of the whole vehicle are formed.In order to improve the performance of the NVH,the excitation source(motor)is very limited,and the transmission path of the excitation source(powertrain mounting system)is very important.In the past few years,many excellent performance of the suspension system of the emerging market,including active and semi active hydraulic suspension system,but the cost is too high,it is difficult to live in the car especially as use the pure electric bus.For the pure electric bus,it is necessary to use the suspension of the rubber suspension,and the performance of the rubber suspension element is affected by the arrangement of the elements and the parameters of the components.Its characteristics are mainly reflected in the modal characteristics and decoupling.This paper combines the NVH performance of a domestic pure electric mini bus project analysis,through the centroid principle,simplifying the pure electric mini bus powertrain into a rigid body with six degrees of freedom,and through the motion equation and the principle of conservation of energy taking powertrain specific formula of natural frequency and decoupling ratio of the mounting system,by changing the mounting element three to stiffness,to improve the decoupling performance of suspension system,and improve the NVH performance of the vehicle,and the experiments compared with before and after optimization.The test validates that the effectiveness of the NVH scheme is improved by improving the three stiffness parameters of the suspension element.
