Design Of Hydraulic Cylinder Test System And Investigate On Manipulation Of The Performance

With the development of science technology,the properties of hydraulic cylinder are required higher and higher.Meantime the properties of hydraulic cylinder test are required higher and higher as well.Hydraulic cylinder test and measurement and control technology in China measuring accuracy is very low,low level of automation and intelligent.The hydraulic cylinder test and measurement and control technology of backward seriously restricted the production quality of hydraulic cylinder.Therefore we need a new kind of hydraulic cylinder test bed so that we can improve the level of production and supply the basis of hydraulic cylinder properties.The hydraulic cylinder test principle and system composition was introduced.The property of measurement and control was analyzed.This paper reviewed the development status of hydraulic cylinder,hydraulic cylinder significance as well as test contents stipulated in national standard.The key technology of internal leakage,loading efficiency and start pressure were introduced.In addition,the improved test was applied and analyzed.The improved test can perform hydraulic cylinder factory test and many tests can be work in the same time.Besides,the test can achieve goals which are stepless and remote pressure control,multiple speed adjustment,proportional loading,and intelligent control of hydraulic system.Investigation on internal leakage,loading efficiency and start pressure of hydraulic cylinder property test,we designed test system in high precision combined with actual situation.The test can test internal leakage on-line,and the accuracy can achieve up to 0.01ml/min.For the loading efficiency test,the proportional relief valve was used to regulate pressure and laser measuring instrument was used to monitor the displacement of piston rod.In addition,we can measure the loading efficiency and draw the chart on-line.For the start pressure measurement,the pressure reducing valve and small range pressure gauge were used.The accuracy of start pressure test can be very high which can be measured on-line.The improved test was stable and reliable,accurate and efficient,greatly improving production efficiency.Besides,the test provided a reliable basis for raising the level of hydraulic cylinder production.It has the important guiding significance of hydraulic cylinder testing and production.
