| A hydraulic servo cylinder is an actuator, which plays an essential role in an electro-hydraulic servo system or proportional system, the direction of motion, position and velocity of loads can be controlled optionally by use of a hydraulic cylinder. As a key component of hydraulic systems, its performance affect the accuracy and dynamic and static characteristics of the system directly.Debugging and flat diagnosis of a hydraulic servo cylinder are complex and difficult.So the production is forced to halt to maintain the hydraulic servo cylinder of the system, when it malfunction. All in all, the research of an AGC servo hydraulic cylinder testing system is much important.The research background, development situation and trend of AGC servo testing device testing are introduced in this paper. According to these, development prospect of Hydraulic Test Technique is analyzed in the paper.The content of AGC servo cylinder, includes:action test; No-load start-up pressure test; On load dynamic friction test; The deflection test; Pressure test; Internal leakage test; Frequency characteristic test; Step response test. Experimental schemes and test devices are introduced in the paper. Also the friction and leakage test are studied intensively.Established mathematical model for existing laboratory equipment, and determine the transfer function of the hydraulic system, and make the hydraulic system simulation analysis using Matlab/Simulink simulation platform, adjust the system using the PID control, drew the system properties, such as response time, gain parameter.Using laboratory equipment, established the servo cylinder leakage test device, complete oil detection, hydraulic pump and the debugging, etc. Under different pressure, completed two tests of the oil leakage volume and time relation, pressure drop and time relations between two tests, at last analyzed the experimental data.Summarize the whole test process, and look to the prospect for the AGC servo cylinder testing technology and equipment research. |
