The concrete plates-expanded pile is a new type of pile,On the basis of ordinary pile,set up the bearing plate at the appropriate location of the ordinary pile to improve the bearing capacity,reduce the amount of concrete and effectively shorten the pile length,reduce project costs.The concrete plates-expanded pile has a strong compression,anti-pull,anti-overturning capacity,it has a high practical value,has been widely used.At present,the research on the pile has made some achievements,in the theoretical research,mainly include the compression and pull,study its calculation model and the destruction of the state.In the aspect of test,there is a small proportion of indoor semi-surface pile test and the scene of a large proportion of semi-section the concrete plates-expanded piles of concrete piles compression test.The parameters involved in all of the above studies mainly include spacing of the bearing plate,the height of the bearing plate,the slope angle,etc.,but in the current a large part of the construction equipment form the bearing plate that its surface is curved.And the shape of bearing plate is asymmetric,while the terminal of the bearing plate is the arc,but the theoretical study of the terminal of bearing plate is sharp,in the future need to study the impact of the above section form of disk of the concrete plates-expanded pileThis paper will study the influence of the curved upper surface of the bearing plate,the straight upper surface of the bearing plate,the symmetry of the bearing plate,the shape of terminal of the bearing plate to compression damage state of the concrete plates-expanded pile.And verify the pressure bearing capacity formula is also applicable to the above disc type the concrete plates-expanded pile.In order to design the disc shape and to be accord with the actual construction equipment,this paper chooses a kind of pile diameter and cross-section form which is widely used in practical construction and ensure the consistency of theory and practice.The finite element software ANSYS was used to build concrete piles and the ratio is 1: 1,and study the influence of stress,displacement and failure.According to the size of the simulated pile in the ANSYS software reduced by 1:40,manufacture model piles and conduct small proportion of indoor undisturbed soil half of the pile test,analysis of stress,displacement,soil damage status.By analyzing the results of ANSYS simulation and the results of small proportion of semi-surface piles in the original undisturbed soil shows;the arc terminal of the bearing plate and the sharp terminal of bearing plate have same compressive failure.By contrast the both test shows the curved upper surface of the bearing plate and the straight upper surface of the bearing plate have the same compressive failure.So the symmetry of the concrete plates-expanded pile pressure damage state has no effect,also shows the existing concrete the calculation formula of the compressive bearing capacity of the expansion pile can be used to calculate the compressive bearing capacity of the above concrete plates-expanded pile.In order to verify the accuracy of the conclusion and the model test,given the contrast analysis of the competitiveness of the simulation and model pile test,and the results is basically same,which shows conclusion is very accurate.The study of this paper has enriched the theory of the concrete plates-expanded pile,which has made the necessary supplement for the practical application of the pile,has done a certain role in the popularization of the concrete plates-expanded piles.At the same time,The method has been improved in this paper,which provides a powerful reference for future research.
