The concrete plates-expanded pile is comprehensive improvement of the traditional filling pile technology.Through special branch extrusion expansion or spin machinery,forming plate at bearing stratum which soil has good properties,which can fully make use of the bearing capacity of foundation soil and reducing the cost of project.And because of this type of pile has the characteristic of simple in constructional machines?extensive applicability of soil layer?good performance at vertical and horizontal force resistance?small settlement and so on,got the favor of many engineering and technical personnel.The technology of concrete plates-expanded pile develop rapidly,had been carried out a certain research.At present,through theoretical and experimental research of the bearing capacity and failure mechanism of soil of The concrete plates-expanded pile under the state of compression,confirmed the soil-pile interaction and failure mechanism,and put forward the single pile bearing capacity calculation formula of the concrete plates-expanded pile.On this basis,in order to further verify and perfect the failure mechanism and bearing theory of the concrete plates-expanded pile,in this paper,put forward the half sectional pile model test of the concrete plates-expanded pile firstly,which overcome the problem of untruthfulness of soil sample in the small-scale model test.Making half sectional testing pile with different plate spacing and number to load,to observe the difference and commence of the damage of soil around the plate-expanded pile and the condition of bearing capacity.In addition,setting up a set of contrast test of whole sectional pile test to verify the reliability of results of the half sectional pile test.Establishing the analysis model by the ANSYS software,and intuitively observe thecondition of displacement of pile and he stress map at the inside of pile and soil,and getting the displacement load curve and the state of stress of pile with different plate space and number.Synthetically considered the results of model test and finite element simulation of the half sectional pile in undisturbed soil,analyzed the influence of the bearing plate-expanded space and number to the failure mechanism of the concrete plates-expanded pile.Carried out the verification to the failure mechanism and real destruction mode of soil under the bearing plate-expanded,and make quantitative and qualitative analysis to the influence of the bearing plate-expanded space and number to the failure mechanism of the plates-expanded pile,to promote the improvement of The concrete plates-expanded pile in design and calculation of bearing capacity.
